Kenya Moses,  launched ConsciousMark in 2009 to revolutionize support for creatives, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. As a Certified Leadership Coach, Marketing Strategist, Speaker, Author, and Professional Vocalist, Kenya blends her diverse talents and expertise to drive success for her clients.

Recognizing the unique needs of these industries, Kenya leverages her profound knowledge in business development, emotional well-being, and marketing to provide unparalleled guidance and support. She has inspired audiences on hundreds of stages, shedding light on the dynamic shifts in the marketing world and offering cutting-edge strategies for growth.
Beyond her role at ConsciousMark, Kenya founded the Musician’s Marketing Academy and serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tuneforte. She also co-founded Diaspora Sessions, a non-profit arts organization dedicated to fostering cultural expression and creativity.

Kenya's influence extends into several prestigious industry boards. Currently she holds the Secretary seat on the Recording Academy SF Chapter Board (Grammys), serves on the Living Jazz Board of Trustees, the San Francisco Unified School District Performing Arts Advisory Board, Music is First, and the National Small Business Association Leadership Council.
